Ready to get started on solids? Join Rachel Liston, MS, OTR/L, a licensed occupational therapist, for a practical approach to introducing solids the baby-led way. You will gain all the knowledge and confidence you need to begin feeding your baby, while also learning about feeding from a sensory and developmental standpoint. Rachel will provide you with everything from handouts and videos to meal plans and gear recommendations, while allowing you the opportunity to see what a baby-led meal may look like and covering all your questions on getting started!

Lisa, a dedicated physical therapist and athletic trainer, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009.

Having worked in vibrant healthcare markets like San Francisco, Seattle, Kansas City, and Los Angeles, she initially focused on outpatient orthopedic clinics, where she gained expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Lisa’s career took a turn as she specialized in pelvic floor treatment, with a particular emphasis on supporting pregnant and postpartum women. Her orthopedic background gives her a unique understanding of what women need during the perinatal and postpartum seasons of life.

Rachel graduated occupational therapy school in 2016 from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She started her career working in neuro rehabilitation, working with individuals post-stroke, brain injury, and trauma. This population gave her hands on experience in movement-based therapy and habit training. Rachel then pursued pelvic floor therapy and was educated through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation. Rachel works with a wide range of clients with a variety of dysfunctions, pregnancy and postpartum. Rachel looks forward to serving you and your family with a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery while maximizing optimal function.

Amanda is a pelvic health Occupational Therapist specializing in mother-baby OT services.  She is also a trained birth and postpartum doula, and combines this knowledge into her OT work so she can offer a holistic approach to help families navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence and support.  Amanda also has a special interest in whole family care during the fourth trimester, offering guidance on feeding, family sleep, newborn development, and maternal mental health.
